Privacy Policy
OS 27: Duo Launcher (the “App”) is an Android launcher published by X App Team. This policy explains how the App handles information.
Summary
The App does not require an account and does not send personal data to X App Team servers. The App does not include advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting SDKs. Launcher settings and data are processed on your device.
Information processed on your device
- Installed app information: app names, icons, components, and profile information are read locally so the App can display and launch your apps.
- Launcher settings: your Home layout, folders, pinned apps, widgets, wallpaper choices, appearance settings, and other preferences are stored locally.
- Device status: battery and connection state may be read locally to display status information.
- Photos: if you choose a launcher background through Android’s system photo picker, the selected image is stored locally for that purpose.
- Approximate location: if you choose device-based sunrise and sunset appearance, the App requests approximate location and uses it locally to calculate light and dark appearance times. It is not used for background tracking and is not sent to X App Team.
Backup and restore
If you export a layout backup, the file may contain installed app names, folder names, profile metadata, and launcher preferences. The file is saved only to the destination you select through Android’s system file interface. You control where it is stored and shared.
Sharing and third parties
X App Team does not collect, sell, or share your personal data. Android widgets and third-party apps that you open or place on Home are provided by their respective developers and may process information under their own privacy policies. Google Play and your device platform may process information independently when distributing the App or providing system services.
Data retention and deletion
Launcher data remains on your device until you change or clear it, uninstall the App, or delete exported backup files from their chosen storage location. Because X App Team does not receive this data, we cannot access or delete it remotely.
Children
The App is not directed to children under 13, and X App Team does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Security
The App minimizes data handling by keeping launcher data on your device and relying on Android’s permission and system-picker controls. No method of storage is completely risk-free, so you should protect your device and exported backup files.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the App’s features or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.

- 已安装应用信息：本应用会在本地读取应用名称、图标、组件和用户资料信息，用于显示和启动应用。
- 启动器设置：主屏幕布局、文件夹、固定应用、小组件、壁纸选择、外观设置和其他偏好保存在设备本地。
- 设备状态：本应用可能在本地读取电池和网络连接状态，用于显示状态信息。
- 照片：如果您通过 Android 系统照片选择器选择启动器背景，所选图片会保存在本地并仅用于该目的。
- 大致位置：如果您选择根据设备位置计算日出日落外观，本应用会请求大致位置，并仅在本地计算明暗模式时间。位置不会用于后台跟踪，也不会发送给 X App Team。
备份与恢复
如果您导出桌面布局备份，文件可能包含已安装应用名称、文件夹名称、用户资料元数据和启动器偏好。该文件只会通过 Android 系统文件界面保存到您选择的位置，其存储和分享由您控制。
共享与第三方
X App Team 不收集、出售或共享您的个人数据。您打开或放置在主屏幕上的 Android 小组件和第三方应用由各自开发者提供，可能依据其自身隐私政策处理信息。Google Play 和设备平台在分发本应用或提供系统服务时，可能独立处理相关信息。
数据保留与删除
启动器数据会保留在设备上，直至您修改或清除数据、卸载本应用，或从所选存储位置删除已导出的备份。由于 X App Team 不接收这些数据，我们无法远程访问或删除它们。
儿童隐私
本应用并非面向 13 岁以下儿童，X App Team 不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。
安全
本应用通过将启动器数据保留在设备本地，并依赖 Android 权限和系统选择器来尽量减少数据处理。任何存储方式都无法保证绝对安全，请妥善保护设备和导出的备份文件。
政策变更
当本应用功能或法律要求发生变化时，我们可能更新本政策。发布重大变更时会同步更新上方生效日期。
